A helpful gem in Rome
Our stay at A Trastevere Da M.E. was delightful! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely rain shower. Michaela and Elisa made our experience unforgettable with their warm hospitality and excellent recommendations, enhancing our local dining adventures. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, too!
However, we faced minor inconveniences during our stay. The hairdryer was a bit unreliable and the shower took longer to drain. Additionally, the elevator was somewhat finicky, which added a bit of hassle when transporting our luggage.

the noise from neighboring rooms was just unbearable, I could hear every single word they said. also, the bathroom was way too small for three people, limiting our comfort. I was honestly expecting some sort of upgrade for the inconvenience, but alas. no special treatment for me, just another regular guest, I suppose.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, allowing for relaxation after a day of exploring. Conveniently located near a taxi rank, it was easy to get around. The host provided excellent dining recommendations, especially for local steaks that were a highlight of the stay. However, the hairdryer was temperamental, and one meal from a nearby spot did not meet expectations. Also, the lack of a breakfast option was felt, as it would have been a nice addition.

Our family, along with our two dogs, had a wonderful time exploring Rome and enjoyed a fantastic experience at this cozy spot. The room was spacious and clean, making it ideal for a family stay. Michaela provided excellent tips and even arranged a privileged visit to the Sistine Chapel, allowing us to explore before crowds arrived.
In my wife’s opinion, a pet-friendly breakfast option would enhance the experience.
